IF YOU ARE BOOKING A PEDICURE PLEASE DO NOT SHAVE YOUR LEGS WITHIN 24HRS OF YOUR SERVICE. DOING SO CAN CAUSE INGROWN HAIRS/INFECTION.
WE DO NOT REMOVE INGROWN NAILS!!! IT IS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF A NAIL TECHNICIANS LICENSE AND IS AGAINST THE LAW IN VERMONT...PERIOD!
As a friendly reminder, we ask that you do not bring friends or children to your appointments unless they are having a service as well. We have a small, intimate space, and seating in the reception area is meant for clients that are waiting for their service(s). We thank you for your cooperation in keeping the salon environment enjoyable for all.

Appointments
As a courtesy to our stylists/nail techs, we require a 48 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. Time is a very precious commodity and a late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so that we don't run behind for our next guest. "NO SHOWS" or canceling after the 48hr window will be charged for all booked services.
PAYMENT
For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, debit, cash and personal checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
GIFT certificates
Gift certificates are valid for services only unless otherwise stated. Gift Certificates are only valid with the stylist indicated at the time of purchase no exceptions. If you book a service and your gift certificate was intended for another stylist you will be required to pay for your service(s) with a payment options listed above.
children
We welcome children for their own appointments separate from an accompanying adult unless there is appropriate supervision for the child after their service. We do not provide childcare and it is not our responsibility to reprimand any child. This is for your childs' safety and the enjoyment of our salon by other guests. NO child without an appointment is permitted in the styling areas. Well behaved children 12 and older are welcome to wait in our reception area.
Cell phones
For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers be turned off or set to vibrate while in the salon.
