Stylists at Scherdiva Salon are not employees. Stylists here operate their own "chair rental" business from within Scherdiva. We are all dedicated to our craft. We are a Goldwell focused salon and understand that you must be up-to-date with education, current hairstyles, color trends, new mainstream services as well as styling solutions to provide high-end results.

Our Story

Scherdiva Salon was founded by stylist Robert Dockstader in 2010, and originally opened as a studio salon in Sola Salons, Williston, VT. After two years of continued efforts and success Robert moved Scherdiva to it's current location at 26 Susie Wilson Rd. in Essex, VT. Looking to share his vision with other like minded stylists that you can make this career work for you as an individual artist and be successful, educated and inspired while still working as a team to support one another.

Scherdiva Salon believes customer service is the key to operating a successful salon. It is very important that you have an enjoyable experience which begins with a consultation with one of our stylists before any service is performed.
