Some things to keep in mind...

 

• Our new system will require a credit card to retain your appointment.  You are not paying for your services at that time.   This is a "No-show" protection for our stylists.

• We require a 48hr notice when cancelling an appointment.  If you cannot cancel within that time you will be charged the full price of the services you scheduled.

•  Also, when booking your appointments please only book what you intend to have done.  Gone are the days that you book a haircut, color, highlight and then show up and only want to do the highlights.  You will be charged for all the services/time you reserved regardless if you chose not to do a service.
