Eye Makeup: First of all make preparations for making a base for eye makeup. Make a base for applying colors on the eyelids by applying fine layers of primer or foundation. It will smoothen eye skin by leveling the imperfections. This will make the makeup look natural and keep it there for longer. If you are using powder eye shadow, use powder on eyes. If you are using crème eye shadow, apply only foundation and no powder as cream eye shadow can be easily put on foundation.

Returned Checks If a personal or business check is used as a form of payment and is returned a $35.00 returned check fee will be assessed to the balance. Once a check has been returned for non-sufficient funds you will no longer be able to use a check as a form of payment. I also accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover. Cash and travelers checks are also acceptable forms of payment. Retail (At Home Care) Returns At Home Care products that are purchased from me are 100% returnable within 30days of purchase. If you feel the product is not performing as you would like it to, please return it so I can find the right product for you or explain how the product should be used and applied. Service Guarantee I back my services 100%. If you are not satisfied with a service provided please show me the respect of a phone call so I have the opportunity to make it right. Haircuts: If you need a haircut adjusted I will honor a redo of a haircut at no cost to you within 7 days of your appointment. Chemical Services: I guarantee my chemical services when products that have been recommended to you by me have been purchased from me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a chemical service I must be notified within 7 days of application. After 7 days an additional fee may be assessed. I am very clear in my consultations to avoid any miscommunication. It is key that if you are not satisfied to let me know immediately. I am a very approachable person and will go the extra mile to correct any situation. If you choose to have chemical services it is imperative that you follow an at home care regimen that I recommend. I use a complete hair color and hair care system which work hand in hand to compliment one another. If a store bought shampoo (professional or not) is used I will not guarantee the results.
